Aman Resorts

With 32 resorts and hotels—10 of which also offer private residences—in 20 countries, Aman destinations have become synonymous with indulgent spaces and incomparable privacy. Amanvari Resort and Residences, the first Aman in Mexico, is scheduled to open in 2023.

Luxury Hotels and Resorts a branch of Hilton Hotels, LXR Hotels and Resorts’ portfolio contains a hand-selected collection of unique luxury hotels in the most intriguing corners of the world. LXR celebrates the timeless pursuit of personal adventure in its partnership with Irongate's renowned Forbes 5-star destination, Ka La‘i Waikiki Beach on Oahu.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences

For over a century, The Ritz-Carlton luxury hotels and resorts have crafted unforgettable experiences in the world’s top destinations to create the gold standard of hospitality. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach® opened with the Ewa Tower in July 2016 and the Diamond Head Tower in July 2018.

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts

Since 1961, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has authored a tale of innovation, expansion and a single-minded dedication to the highest standards in hospitality. Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas opened in September of 2019.

Apres Cru

Apres Cru invests in extraordinary brands and talent to deliver award-winning hospitality experiences and fuel sustainable growth. Their mission to preserve and champion the hospitality spirit and cultural elements that make each operation unique can be seen in our joint concepts of Delphine at Costa Palmas, Brasserie at Casa Blake, and an upcoming restaurant at Ka La’i Waikiki.

Estiatorio Milos

Founded by acclaimed chef Costas Spiliadis and recognized as one of the world’s finest Mediterranean seafood restaurants, estiatorio Milos has a presence in Montreal, New York, Athens, Las Vegas, Miami and London. International flair meets local ingredients at this chic beachside restaurant and bar located at Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas.

Mozza

James Beard Foundation Award winner, author and restaurateur Nancy Silverton is the name behind Pizzeria Mozza, Osteria Mozza, Mozza2Go, chi SPACCA La Brea Bakery as well as Campanile Restaurant. Now, she brings her LA-inspired menus to the shores of the East Cape with Mozza, a multi-dimensional eatery at the heart of Costa Palmas’ casual and vibrant Marina Village.

Sushi Sho

Renowned Edo-style sushi master Keiji Nakazawa offers his respected techniques as he serves omakase-style meals that pair a variety of seasoned rice with more than 40 kinds of fresh fish. The first Sushi Sho outside of Japan, is at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Waikiki Beach.

Dean & Deluca

For over 40 years, Dean & Deluca has curated a food-forward assortment of the best and newest food products from around the globe by discovering, introducing and supporting products that meet uncompromising standards. Dean & Deluca is at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Waikiki Beach.

Eleven Experience

Eleven Experience aims to custom-make powerful experiences that impact people who impact the world. Starting from the 2021/22 ski season, Eleven Experience will operate Kingfisher Heli, a boutique heliski company located in British Columbia, Canada’s Monashee Mountains. Irongate is a part of the ownership team.

Guerin Glass Architects

Guerin Glass Architects is an agile design practice that uses architecture to amplify each site’s unique character and connect people with their surroundings. GGA has worked closely with Irongate as the architecture partner on flagship projects in Hawaii, Aspen, and Los Cabos.

JSa

Since 1996, JSa has promoted the vision of a city that reconverts, restores, reoccupies and rehabilitates its urban fabric, through specific and comprehensive architectural interventions. They bring this expertise to their work on Casa Blake at Costa Palmas, East Cape, Mexico.

Robert Trent Jones II

For three quarters of a century, the Trent Jones name has signified imaginative, well-crafted golf designs; and this legacy has been continued by Robert Trent Jones II with a world-class 18-hole championship golf course at Costa Palmas.

Brian O’Sullivan Studio

Bryan O’Sullivan Studio is a full-service international interior design studio with head offices in London and New York City. The studio will be a key partner in Ka La‘i Waikiki Beach's significant renovation project, which will be commencing in late 2024.

Jon Brent Design

Jon Brent Design is an Interior Design Studio based in Los Angeles, California. The studio embodies the essence of sophistication with a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence, and is seen throughout their work at Costa Palmas and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach.

MBDS

Martin Brudnizki Design Studio is an internationally acclaimed interior architecture and design studio based in London and New York, and has experience creating hotels, restaurants, bars, private members’ clubs, and residential developments. They have brought their acclaimed design work to Casa Blake and Marina Village within Costa Palmas as well as Aspen Lift One.
